In 2020, TIM took new steps in this direction with the creation of an exclusive plan commercialization portal for Top Clients and Brazil's first IoT marketplace.
TIM sought a way to facilitate the partnership with FCA, offering a "flex" product that combines the models of its corporate and retail plans. Thus, FCA employees would have the opportunity to contract a plan similar to the corporate one, for a differentiated value based on their link with FCA, which in turn would offer this plan as a benefit to employees.
We carried out all prototyping and development in just six weeks.
Created the TIM FLEX program and the whitelabel platform for "stores" B2B2C in corporate accounts, with full integration with the platform available on the FCA intranet. Bringing much more scalability, a significant increase in revenue, and ensured a new base of individual customers explored digitally.
