Results achieved! In my 34 years in the railway industry, I have always been involved in the three operational systems that are in place here, and it was a novelty! Usually, a new system is developed over 3 to 4 years before going into production. Yet, with SICOF, we managed to put the empty train formations into production in several pilot locations within 8 months. From what we have implemented so far, I see the chosen train formation module positively, as it was put into production as planned. It was a significant challenge, given the numerous peculiarities in railway transportation, but we are overcoming them all, experiencing new scenarios every day, and together with the client and supplier, working proactively and continuously to address any process unavailability. Today, I see the relationship between the VLI and Squadra teams in the development and implementation of processes as very positive. Dialogue and discussions among teams are essential; they strengthen the group. In the Squadra team, besides commitment and dedication, I see a sense of ownership, a value that, for me, generates greater reliability in deliveries and the assurance that we are on the right path to build the best railway system in Brazil.

Previously, there were over 132 non-conformities identified. Today, we have a system with all errors corrected and approved.
