The New Thinkers program helped me transition from an administrative role to one in Technology. Squadra has given me the opportunity to learn and grow not only as an employee but also as a person, through a transformative and humanistic teaching approach.
The program opens up opportunities, providing the first chance to enter the software field. It teaches, shapes, and empowers in various tools, terms, and technologies so that you can be prepared to work on projects. There's excellent technical support that teaches you to improve your hard skills and accelerate your journey. We're involved in communities full of content, which leverage our knowledge and help shape our agile mindset. All the time, we are welcomed, valued, and challenged to continuously improve as professionals and individuals.

Through the New Thinkers Program, I had the opportunity to learn and practice technologies used in the real world of software development, and I also landed my first job in the market. Once inside the company, I could see firsthand what the routine of a Dev is like, their challenges, and how team organization works within a project, in a super friendly, collaborative, and motivating environment for beginners.
I joined Squadra through the New Thinkers Program and I'm currently a Quality Assurance Trainee. In the program, I had my first direct contact with the technology field, and since then, I can say with great happiness that, in terms of employment, I'm having the best experience of my life.
My journey has been one of much study and learning. I have the opportunity to participate in amazing communities within the company that exchange experiences and knowledge, being in constant communication with other colleagues and getting closer to topics in the universe of quality, agility, career, among others. I'm part of a huge team that takes very good care of its employees; I feel supported all the time and I'm very grateful for every detail.
I participated in the program in 2019, it was my first gateway to enter the job market, my first contact with a Software factory. It was an experience of great knowledge, challenges, and growth. Shortly after, I was able to join as a New Thinker and establish myself as a Squader. I had the opportunity to pave my career path, evolve as a Q.A., and support the new thinkers as a Tech Coach. Currently, I am supporting, leading, and guiding the Q.A. Chapter within SQUADRA. Additionally, I participated as a facilitator in the Bootcamps, helping to refine this phenomenal program that is the New Thinker even further.
The New Thinkers Program is an opportunity for individuals with little experience in the field, or those transitioning careers, to enter the workforce with the guidance of highly qualified professionals. The program includes both theoretical and practical components, providing participation in incredible projects, with an environment conducive to learning and exchanging experiences.
