The most important business unit in Brazil is Danone Nutricia: a unit focused on nutritional care, with over 220 brands under this business unit worldwide. They offer nutrition products for premature babies, cow's milk protein allergy (CMPA), epilepsy, childhood diseases, oncology, Alzheimer's, among others.

SCENARIO

With an extremely diverse and branched structure, the company had been suffering from lack of standardization in its systems, brands, and communication. All of this resulted in a weakened market presence, difficulty in scaling new products, and high maintenance costs.

HOW WE HELPED

We promoted robust integration within the brand, involving technologies such as Acquia Site Studio, Acquia Cloud, and Site Factory to build digital governance, manage, and monitor the site. We also centralized the lead database through Acquia Personalization and Acquia Campaign, integrating all brand sites, allowing audience segmentation, and creating more effective campaigns.

In addition to integrating the visual and key communication for all brands, providing more agility to the marketing team to create new sites, pages, landing pages, and manage content, allowing for faster site launches.
