Araujo is one of the largest drugstore chains in Minas Gerais. Operating since 1906, the brand is present in over 45 cities in Minas Gerais, offering solutions for consumers' daily needs. Over the years, the company has continuously sought improvements and technologies to make its processes faster and more effective. With a large number of orders per month, the Araujo chain tops the list for the highest profitability and revenue per store in Brazil.
The platform lacked documentation. It was necessary to perform system integration, absorbing different rules, to adapt internal processes to SAP characteristics.
We created a service platform that functions as a middleware and parser, absorbing part of the business rules and also transforming information until the data reaches SAP. We also designed the DevOps pipeline with CI/CD, bringing automation to platform deployment and evolution processes.
With the integration of solutions, we organized the back office through an efficient service platform, capable of absorbing different rules to adapt internal processes to SAP system characteristics. This way, we implemented technology and integrated it into the core of Araújo's logistics, orders, and purchases.
